Spring? What Spring??

As those of you who occasionally read my messages will know, I love the Spring and this year I am particularly excited, could be the early winter or fact that February promised us Spring was on the way.

I may have stayed in all weekend (except for some fairly unenethusiastic dog walking - Sorry Dave) but I have been inspired by spring, not cleaning (Ian knows better than to expect that!), but the colours especially so I have been making cushions with pictures of birds and leaves on the fabric and flashes of Spring Green splashed across them. My living room is going to to be ready for the new season (even if outside isn't!!).

I am also reading gardening books. Here in Inverness we are just setting up our new allotment site so I am busy planning my first ever plot and looking forward to creating a new place for my friends and I to work in and enjoy.
